Two Black Teenaged girls carjacked a man and killed him in broad daylight as if they were playing a video game, with complete disregard for humanity, and callously walked by his dead and crumbled body looking for their phones in Washington DC. In Chicago, an Uber Passenger killed his Uber driver in a separate carjacking.

Numerous National Gaurd members stood by in DC, watching and then ran to help the teenagers as they climbed out of the car they stole, running back to get their phones while National Gaurd members tried to shelter them from something.
